Delivery Address Recommendation

If you are not home often to receive deliveries, we recommend using a secure pickup address as your shipping address to avoid stolen packages.

  • Australia: Use an Australia Post Parcel Locker or Parcel Collect address (free to set up at auspost.com.au).
  • US & Others: Use a UPS Access Point, FedEx Hold at Location, USPS PO Box address, or other Parcel Shop pick up point.

We are not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed to the address provided. For guaranteed protection, choose Standard Shipping + Signature at checkout. This requires a signature on delivery and protects your order against theft and misdelivery. If you select a standard option without a signature, parcels that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery are not eligible for a refund or replacement. If this happens, please contact the carrier directly to open a delivery investigation, and call them rather than emailing for the fastest support.

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are subject to a processing period before shipment. Our dedicated team ensures that your order is properly prepared and securely packed for dispatch.
  • Duration: Please allow up to one week for order processing. This is in addition to the delivery times stated below. The processing time is used to verify orders, perform quality checks, and package the items.

Delivery Options

We offer the following delivery options at checkout:

  1. Standard Delivery (no signature):

    • Duration: Once processed, orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive within 7 to 14 business days.
    • Service: Our standard delivery is reliable and cost-effective, ensuring your products reach you safely. Your parcel is left at the address provided and does not require a signature on delivery.
  2. Standard Shipping + Signature:

    • Duration: Same speed as Standard, typically 7 to 14 business days once processed.
    • Service: Requires a signature on delivery, which protects your order against theft and misdelivery. We strongly recommend this option if you are not home during the day or have experienced parcel theft. This is the recommended choice for guaranteed, protected delivery.
  3. Express Delivery:

    • Duration: For quicker delivery, our express option ensures that your items are delivered within 5 to 7 business days post-processing.
    • Service: Choose express delivery for faster shipping. This option prioritizes your order, reducing the time it takes to arrive at your doorstep.

Additional Information

  • Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Shipping and processing times are calculated on business days only.
  • Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking information. Stay updated on the delivery status of your items by visiting the carrier's website.
  • Address Accuracy: Ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. Inaccurate or incomplete address information may lead to delays. Delivery address cannot be changed once your order has shipped.

Missing parcels:

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 3 days. We'll assist in launching an investigation with the courier.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address and to track their parcel using the tracking number provided. We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels after delivery has been confirmed. If protection against this matters to you, select Standard Shipping + Signature at checkout. However, if the issue was due to an unforeseen circumstance or courier error, we're happy to discuss a possible solution.

Customs and Delays:

Please note that After Five is not responsible for any unforeseen circumstances that may cause shipping delays after your order has been dispatched. This includes delays caused by customs inspections, clearance procedures, or import regulations, which are beyond our control and may occur at random. While we work closely with our couriers to ensure smooth delivery, customs processing times vary by country and are determined solely by local authorities.
