Wear It or Exchange It
We want you to love what you wear. If it's not quite right, we make it easy to swap for something that is.
14 Day Easy Exchange
Ordered the wrong size? Changed your mind on the style? No stress, exchange it within 14 days of delivery.
How it works:
- Email support@afterfive.studio within 14 days of delivery
- Include your order number, item name, and what you'd like instead (different size or style)
- We'll send you return instructions
- Once we receive your item, we'll ship your new one within 2 to 3 business days
Exchange conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached
- One exchange per item
- Processing fee: $8 AUD
- Customer covers return shipping
- Re-shipping fee: $15 AUD (Australia) / $20 AUD (International)
- Not available on sale items or swimwear
Prefer store credit? No problem, we'll issue credit instead. Store credit expires in 1 year.
Refunds for Defective or Wrong Items Only
We stand behind the quality of everything we sell. If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right with a full refund, no fees.
You're covered if:
- The item is defective (stitching, fabric faults, etc.)
- We sent the wrong item
- Items are missing from your order
To claim:
- Email us within 5 days of delivery
- Include your order number and an unboxing video or clear photos showing the issue
- No processing fee for defective or incorrect items
We don't refund for:
- Change of mind (but exchanges are available!)
- Incorrect sizing (use our size guide or DM us before ordering)
- Shipping costs (unless the item is defective)
- Parcels lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery. For protected, signature required delivery, choose Standard Shipping + Signature at checkout.
Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping and Delivery Notes
- Address changes cannot be made once your order has shipped
- Customs and import delays are beyond our control and may vary by country
- Import duties and taxes: included with Standard Shipping, not included with Express (customer's responsibility)
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Email support@afterfive.studio within the relevant timeframe (14 days for exchanges, 5 days for defects)
- Include your order number, item name, and reason
- We'll provide return instructions and address
- Ship item back (customer pays return postage)
- Once received, we'll process your refund or send your exchange within 5 to 7 business days
Important Notes
- All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection upon receipt
- Items returned without authorisation may not be accepted
- Refunds exclude original shipping costs (unless item is defective)
- Store credit does not expire
